Acrylic, oil pastel and chalk pastel on paper

A sequence of verticals in varying widths, inspired by a row of books leaning against each other in a bookshelf. The reds range from deep, rich red to orange-reds and through into yellows. The textures are varied too, by the application of chalk and oil pastel on the acrylic base colours, and in a few places the series of reds is broken by an occasional dark or blue vertical. On paper. Measures 24 x 23 cm. Can be offered in a mount, colour options available.
