Pencil, Watercolour and Ink on Watercolour Paper

This is one of only two remaining smaller works in a series of five, inspired by an encounter with an ancient olive tree that seemed to have volumes to say. It was made to follow up the series of larger works that I made about the same old tree. Inktense pencil, watercolour and pen and ink on heavily-textured, handmade paper, 32 x 29 cm, presented in an off-white mount, overall size 48 x 45 cm.
